Initial Design Concept
- Brief compilation with the client to define the overall scope of works. 
- Establish the direction of both the function and aesthetics of the design 
- Prepare and present a concept for client review, including initial layouts, mood images and a preliminary selection of finishes and fittings 
- Obtain client approval before proceeding to the next stage 
Design Development
- Develop approved concept into documentation and schedules 
- Coordinate and develop the design with job consultants and contractors 
- Develop finishes, fixtures, lighting and fitting selections 
- 3D renderings can be done on request 
- Obtain client approval before proceeding to the next stage 
Tender Documentation
- Prepare tender documentation, including final plans, joinery, finishes and fittings schedules 
- Communicate with the builders and subcontractors the details and design intent 
- Sign off from client required prior to construction documentation being issued. 
Design Implementation
- Undertake site inspections to review design implementation and inspect work in progress 
- Attend regular site meetings 
- Provide supplementary details if required 
- Review and mark up shop drawings 
- Inspect the works upon practical completion and implement defects list 
- Assistance with delivery coordination of furniture and homewares
